Core Service
Something in your execution environment is off.
You can sense it. You cannot locate it precisely.
The Execution Gap Diagnostic is a structured, one-on-one assessment that identifies the specific system conditions disrupting reliable execution in your organization — and tells you exactly what to address first.
Is This You?
This engagement is built for a specific kind of situation. You will recognize it if you are in it.
Your team is executing — but outcomes are inconsistent or unpredictable, and effort alone does not explain the gap
You have tried new tools, new meetings, new processes — and the same problems keep surfacing
Communication is frequent but alignment is not improving
Deadlines slip despite genuine effort and apparent activity
You suspect the cause is somewhere upstream of where you have been looking
You are scaling and execution is getting harder to manage predictably
Something is producing recurring friction, and you cannot name it precisely enough to address it structurally
If more than one of those describes your current environment — this diagnostic is designed for you.
What Is Actually Happening
Execution failure is almost never what it appears to be.
The standard response to execution failure focuses downstream — on who missed the deadline, who failed to communicate, who did not deliver.
That response is understandable. It is also almost always addressing the symptom, not the condition producing it.
The actual causes of most execution failure are upstream. In how objectives were defined — or not defined precisely enough for consistent interpretation. In how capacity was assumed rather than measured. In how drift accumulated across weeks without a structure to detect it. In how governance was absent at the moments when early correction was still inexpensive.
These conditions are almost never visible from inside the system that produced them.
That is what this diagnostic is designed to surface.
“Execution failure is often a systems visibility problem before it is a human capability problem.”
The Process
Three phases. One precise picture of your execution environment.
Pre-Session Intake
Before we meet, you complete a structured written assessment. It captures your operational environment, the specific challenges you are experiencing, your existing governance and communication structures, and what you most need this diagnostic to answer. The intake is not a form. It is a diagnostic instrument — designed to surface the conditions most relevant to your situation before the session begins.
90-Minute Diagnostic Session
A focused, structured one-on-one session examining your execution system across five core dimensions: Clarity, Alignment, Actionability, Capacity Visibility, and Consistency. The session is diagnostic, not prescriptive. The goal is to surface what is actually happening in your execution system — not to impose solutions before the picture is clear.
Execution Gap Report
A written report including your EI Score, an Execution Gap Map identifying where and how your system is losing reliability, Root Condition Analysis of the upstream causes behind observed symptoms, Priority Observations, and Recommended Next Steps. The report is a working document — not a static audit. It is designed to inform your next operational decisions with precision and clarity.

The discovery call is 30 minutes. It is a diagnostic conversation — not a sales call. If the diagnostic is not the right fit for your situation, I will tell you that directly.
Important Distinctions
Not a performance review.
It does not evaluate individuals, grade your team, or produce accountability metrics.
Not generic coaching.
It does not offer generalized strategic advice or motivational direction.
Not employee monitoring.
It is not designed to track individual output or create accountability through observation.
It is a systems-level diagnostic. Its purpose is to surface the conditions — upstream of the people — that are making reliable execution difficult. The goal is clarity, not blame.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the diagnostic designed for?
Founders, operations leaders, project managers, agency leaders, and team leads navigating recurring execution inconsistency, persistent misalignment, or the sense that something systemic is producing outcomes below what effort and capability should produce.
How long does the full engagement take?
From booking to report delivery: typically two to three weeks. The session itself is 90 minutes. Report delivery follows within five business days.
What if I'm not sure whether I need a full diagnostic?
Start with the EI Self-Assessment Workbook ($67). It is a structured self-assessment that scores your execution environment across the same five dimensions and will tell you whether the conditions in your organization warrant a deeper external examination.
Is the diagnostic confidential?
Yes. All information shared during the intake and session is treated as confidential and is not shared outside of the engagement.
What happens after the report?
Most clients use the report to inform structural changes in how objectives are set, how alignment is verified, how capacity is managed, and how drift is detected. Clients who want ongoing support can continue with a monthly Advisory Retainer.

Thirty minutes to find out if this is the right next step.
The discovery call is free, focused, and diagnostic in its own right. By the end of it, you will know whether the Execution Gap Diagnostic is built for what you are experiencing — and if it is not, I will say so directly.
