Advisory Retainer
The diagnostic is the beginning.
What you do with it determines the outcome.
The ELLEXCIO Advisory Retainer provides structured, ongoing support as you implement diagnostic findings — tracking execution health, detecting new drift, and maintaining the organizational visibility that the Execution Gap Diagnostic established.
Available to clients who have completed an Execution Gap Diagnostic.
Inquire About the Retainer →The Implementation Gap
Most execution improvement fails not at diagnosis — but at implementation.
A precise diagnosis tells you what is wrong and what to address first. It does not address the conditions that make implementation difficult — the organizational inertia that resists structural change, the new drift that begins accumulating as old conditions are addressed.
Execution systems are dynamic. They do not hold static. The conditions that produced your original execution gaps will reassert themselves in new forms as your organization evolves — through growth, through personnel changes, through increasing complexity.
Sustained improvement requires sustained attention.
The Advisory Retainer provides that continuity — a structured external perspective that remains calibrated to your specific execution environment across time.
Monthly Engagement
Two 45-Minute Advisory Sessions
Progress against the original Execution Gap Report recommendations
New or evolving execution conditions that have emerged since the diagnostic
Specific operational decisions that require a systems-level perspective
Recalibration of priorities as the environment changes
Each session has a defined focus confirmed 48 hours in advance. Sessions are conducted via video call at mutually scheduled times.
Quarterly EI Score Re-Assessment
Every three months, a structured re-evaluation of your EI Score across all five dimensions — comparing against the baseline established in your original diagnostic. The re-assessment identifies dimensions that have improved, new or persistent gaps, and updated priority focus areas for the next quarter. Delivered as a written update — a structured comparison, not a full Execution Gap Report.
Field Report Review and Feedback
For clients who implement structured execution reporting within their organizations, periodic review and analytical feedback on those reports is included. An external analytical perspective on what your internal reporting is and is not surfacing — detecting the filtering and drift that internal reporting is consistently susceptible to over time.
Email Access Between Sessions
Direct email access for questions, observations, or situations that arise between sessions. Response within 48 business hours. Considered and analytical — not a real-time support channel. Not every situation requires a full session. Many questions can be addressed precisely in a brief written exchange.
Right For
The Advisory Retainer is designed for clients who:
Have completed an Execution Gap Diagnostic and are actively working through the recommendations
Are navigating complex, multi-dimensional execution conditions that require ongoing strategic input rather than a one-time correction
Are managing organizational growth or transition that introduces new execution conditions as old ones are addressed
Want a structured external perspective maintained across time — not just at the moment of diagnosis
Recognize that sustainable improvement is a sustained process, not a single event
This is not right for you if: You are looking for implementation support — someone to execute changes within your organization. The retainer is an advisory engagement — strategic and analytical perspective, not operational management.
Investment
Billed monthly. No long-term contract beyond the minimum engagement.
Three months provides sufficient time for initial recommendations to move into implementation, for the first quarterly re-assessment to occur, and for meaningful directional progress to be established and measured.
How the retainer compares:
Invoiced on the first of each month. Due within 5 business days.
Either party may conclude the engagement with 30 days written notice after the minimum engagement period.
How It Works
Prerequisite
The Advisory Retainer is available exclusively to clients who have completed an Execution Gap Diagnostic with ELLEXCIO.
This requirement is structural, not commercial.
The retainer is built directly on the diagnostic baseline — the EI Score, the identified gaps, the root condition analysis, and the recommendations from the original engagement form the foundation against which all advisory work is measured and calibrated.
Without that baseline, ongoing advisory support lacks the analytical precision that makes it useful.
If you have not yet completed a diagnostic, that is the starting point.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the 45-minute follow-up included in the Diagnostic + Advisory tier?
The Diagnostic + Advisory tier ($1,250) includes a single 45-minute follow-up session 30 days after the report — designed to review initial implementation steps. The Advisory Retainer is an ongoing, monthly engagement providing sustained structural support across the full implementation period and beyond.
What if my situation changes significantly — growth, restructuring, new leadership?
Significant organizational changes are exactly the kind of condition the Advisory Retainer is designed to support. New structures, team configurations, and growth pressures introduce new execution conditions. The retainer adapts to the evolving environment — the framework is the constant.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The minimum engagement is three months. After that, the retainer continues month-to-month. Either party may conclude the engagement with 30 days written notice.
Can the retainer be paused?
Pauses of up to 30 days can be accommodated for client travel or organizational transition with two weeks advance notice. Pauses beyond 30 days are treated as a concluded engagement.
What if I want more than two sessions per month?
Additional sessions can be scheduled at $350 per session. Contact to discuss if your situation warrants a higher session frequency.
The diagnostic tells you what is there.
The retainer makes sure it actually changes.
Structural improvement takes time. The conditions that produced your execution gaps developed over months or years. Addressing them structurally — not just symptomatically — requires sustained attention across a similar timeframe.
